Tesla has opened a Flagship Showroom in London's Kensington
Located in Cheval Place in Kensington, which is round the corner from Harrods and with easy access to Heathrow (depending on the time of day and the traffic!), the new Tesla Showroom will be supplemented by Sales & Service Centres in Monaco, Munich and Zurich. The first Tesla Roadsters are due to be delivered to the UK this Summer – all of which will be the Tesla Roadster Signature Edition. However, if you don’t need to be an early adopter, you will be able to take delivery of a RHD Tesla Roadster from 2010.

We’ve heard of 2+2s before, but Nissan is taking this numbers game to a whole new level with the Qashqai+2. As its name suggests, this is a slightly bigger version of the crossover with seven seats, up from the regular car’s five.CAR Online scooped the super-sized Qashqai last year, so it comes as no surprise. Nissan has stretched the wheelbase by 135mm to free up the extra space for a third row of seats, which fold flat when not needed.

The 2008 Goodwood Festival of Speed rounded off with an epic Sunday with a jaw-dropping procession of supercars, historic race cars, an appearance by current F1 leader Lewis Hamilton and a series of historical curios and crashes to keep spectators on their toes. Sunday's highlight was the much-hyped appearance of McLaren F1 driver Lewis Hamilton.
